Bellasize Barn is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. The accommodation comprises of two semi detached barns : Foxglove Barn (sleeps 6-8) and Bluebell Barn (sleeps 4) which are immaculately presented and together sleep a total of 12 guests. Set back off the main A38 in a beautiful location adjacent to a river and meadow, with lovely views of the surrounding wooded hillside.

Bellasize comprises of Foxglove Barn (sleeps 6-8+ pets) & Bluebell Barn (sleeps 4+ pets) which are semi detached.

FOXGLOVE BARN ACCOMMODATION DETAILS (SLEEPS 6-8+ PETS)

KITCHEN The large kitchen and breakfast room (17ft x 14ft 3") is immaculately presented with double aspect windows, beamed ceiling and a range of fitted units. There is a large dining table with eight chairs as well as a comfortable easy chair.. There is a cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, heater and an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots & pans.
WASHING MACHINE/DRYING FACILITIES There is a specially designed outbuilding with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional shower for guests' use.
LOUNGE The lounge (17ft 6" x 16ft) has a beamed ceiling, large sofa bed, chairs, a table, sideboard, colour television, DVD, VCR, lamp, heater and double french doors leading to a large patio.
MASTER ENSUITE BEDROOM The large ensuite master bedroom (17ft x 14ft 6") has triple aspect windows and double french doors leading to a feature old solid granite stairway as a second entrance. A stripped pine floor adds to this characterful room. There is a wardrobe, pine dressing table, double bed, two easy chairs, table, lamp, hand made curtains, ensuite WC, wash basin, mirror, heated towel rail, and walk-in shower.
DOUBLE BEDROOM The second double bedroom (9ft x 6ft) has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, mirror, lamp and hand-made curtains.
TWIN BEDROOM The third bedroom is a twin bedroom (14ft 2" x 8ft 1") has two single pine beds, dressing table, lamp, bedside cabinet, easy chair, mirror and hand- made curtains.
DOUBLE GUEST BED There is a large double sofa-bed downstairs, comfortably sleeping two guests.
BATHROOM The bathroom has a bath, wash basin, W.C., mirror, heated towel rail, and stripped pine floor.
HEATING Central Heating.
PARKING There is private parking for up to 3 cars next to Foxglove Barn.
PLAY AREA There is a large play area for children with swings.
GARDENS & BARBEQUE There is patio furniture provided and a barbeque area in the large gardens which are bordered by the wooded valley and river.
PETS WELCOME Pets are welcome (surcharge of £15.00 per pet per week/short break).
COT & HIGH CHAIR Cot and High Chair available to hire (Cot £15 / High Chair £10).
BED LINEN Bed linen is supplied for 6 guests, additional bed linen for 2 further guests is available to hire upon request (there is a surcharge of £10.00 per person). ELECTRICITY Electricity is on a coin meter (£1.00 coins).
DISCOUNTED GOLF Discount Vouchers are available for local Golf Courses in Foxglove Barn.
There is a strict NO SMOKING policy in the property, however smoking is permitted in the courtyard area.

LOUNGE/ KITCHEN/ DINER The open plan lounge/kitchen (16ft5' x 15ft) is immaculately presented and has an attractive beamed ceiling. There is seating, colour TV, DVD, VCR, heater and dining table & chairs. The kitchen area has a range of wall and base units, cooker, fridge/ice box, microwave and kettle as well as an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots & pans.
WASHING MACHINE/DRYER FACILITIES There is a specially designed outbuilding with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional shower for guests' use.
MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom (10ft3' x 9ft') has a double bed, dressing table, two lamps, wardrobe, heater and shaving socket.
TWIN BEDROOM The twin bedroom (17ft6'x8ft8') has a beamed ceiling, 2 single beds, dressing table, wardrobe, heater, bedside table , lamp, heater and shaving socket.
BATHROOM The bathroom has a matching bathroom suite with bath, electric shower, hand basin, mirror and WC.
PARKING There is private parking in the gravelled driveway next to Bluebell Barn.
PLAY AREA There is a large play area for children with swings.
GARDENS & BARBEQUE There is patio furniture provided and a barbeque area in the large gardens which are bordered by the wooded valley and river. There is a path leading to the River Fowey which is about 200yrds away from Bluebell Barn.
