Foxglove Barn semi-detached to Bluebell Barn (available to let) & is situated next to a large meadow in the tree-lined valley and is just a stones' throw from the river Fowey, which is renowned for great trout and salmon. Foxglove Barn is set back from the road on the main A38 between Liskeard and Bodmin.
The Halfway House Inn about a mile away is a family run pub offering great food, wines and ales. It is also a dog friendly pub.
Carnglaze Slate Caverns are just around the corner, they are a very popular tourist attraction open all year attracting many visitors from both home and abroad, with it's famous sub-terranian lake and caverns of cathedral-like proportions. Guided tours available daily. Concerts & theatre productions are held underground in the caves.
Foxglove Barn is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.30pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of your holiday. The accommodation is immaculately presented and sleeps 6-8. Set back off the main A38 in a beautiful location adjacent to a river and meadow, with lovely views of the surrounding wooded hillside.

The large kitchen and breakfast room (17ft x 14ft 3") is immaculately presented with double aspect windows, beamed ceiling and a range of fitted units. There is a large dining table with eight chairs as well as a comfortable easy chair.. There is a cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, heater and an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and pots & pans.
There is a specially designed outbuilding with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional shower for guests' use.
The lounge (17ft 6" x 16ft) has a beamed ceiling, large sofa bed, chairs, a table, sideboard, colour television, DVD, VCR, lamp, heater and double french doors leading to a large patio.
The large ensuite master bedroom (17ft x 14ft 6") has triple aspect windows and double french doors leading to a feature old solid granite stairway as a second entrance. A stripped pine floor adds to this characterful room. There is a wardrobe, pine dressing table, double bed, two easy chairs, table, lamp, hand made curtains, ensuite WC, wash basin, mirror, heated towel rail, and walk-in shower.
The second double bedroom (9ft x 6ft) has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, mirror, lamp and hand-made curtains.
The third bedroom is a twin bedroom (14ft 2" x 8ft 1") has two single pine beds, dressing table, lamp, bedside cabinet, easy chair, mirror and hand- made curtains.
There is a large double sofa-bed downstairs, comfortably sleeping two guests.
The bathroom has a bath, wash basin, W.C., mirror, heated towel rail, and stripped pine floor.

There is private parking for up to 3 cars next to Foxglove Barn.
There is a large play area for children with swings.
There is patio furniture provided and a barbeque area in the large gardens which are bordered by the wooded valley and river.

Electricity is on a coin meter (£1.00 coins).
