The Olde Grain Store is a beautifully presented converted former Grain Store with lovely valley views towards the beaches and rolling countryside in this part of Cornwall which is a designated area of outstanding beauty.

The property is about two hundred years old and is situated in a tranquil, picturesque sunny valley ten minutes walk from the beach. 

The property is presented on one level and has its own private garden with a large, sunny patio area with garden furniture and barbecue. 

This is a perfect getaway in an idyllic Cornish location. The area is renowned for its world famous gardens, coastal walks, beaches and abundance of natural floral and wildlife.

A perfect spot for either a family holiday or a peaceful retreat from the normal pressures of life.

The village and Castle of Caerhays are less than a mile away. The Gardens at Caerhays Castle are stunning and hold The National Magnolia Collection, something not to be missed. Caerhays Castle & Gardens - Owned by the Williams family, located in a sheltered valley overlooking Porthluney Cove on the South Cornish Coast equidistant from Truro and St Austell. The surrounding parkland and woodland gardens were created originally from the discoveries of the plant hunters in China shortly after the turn of the 20th century. Since then a great deal of hybridisation work has taken place at Caerhays to create the extensive woodland gardens which visitors admire today.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

The Olde Grain Store is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.00.p.m. onwards on the first day of your holiday abd the property is to be vacated by 10.00.a.m. on the last day of your holiday. The Olde Grain Store is beautifully converted to the highest specification and will comfortably accommodate four to six guests.  The property is filled with sunlight from the many windows.

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN, LOUNGE & DINING AREA

KITCHEN/DINER - The kitchen is very well appointed and fitted with units of the highest quality together with a full size cooker, dishwasher, 'fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster and an abundance of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. The open plan kitchen has a large dining room table and it is but a few steps to the large, sunny patio if alfresco dining is required.

LOUNGE WITH LOVELY VIEWS - The sitting room area has large, double glass doors leading onto the patio and is very well furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and chairs together with a TV, DVD player, CD player and radio. The sofa bed is very comfortable with an easy action for easy conversion to a bed. There are lovely views across the valley from the large floor to ceiling windows and French Doors.

MASTER BEDROOM - This is a large room with a king size bedroom and large en-suite. The bedroom is very well furnished with ample storage space, a long mirror, Egyptian cotton bedlinen and hairdryer   The en-suite shower room features a large walk-in luxury body massage shower, shaver point, tiled flooring, heated towel rail and large, fluffy towels.

SECOND BEDROOM - An ample size bedroom with bunk beds for the children and their own en-suite shower room. Once again, the bedroom is well appointed with Egyptian cotton bedlinen, ample storage space and a large mirror.  The en-suite is finished to a high standard with large walk-in luxury body massage shower, heated towel rail,  shaver point, tiled flooring and large, fluffy towels. 

GARDEN WITH VIEWS & BARBECUE - Large, sunny patio area with garden furniture and barbecue leading down to a large, lawned area with beautiful views across the valley.

AMENITIES NEARBY - Within a five mile area of the property there are many excellent pubs and restaurants plus Tregony village with an excellent doctor, hairdresser and dentist plus a large, village shop and post office.  

WELCOME PACK - There is a welcome pack on arrival, consisting of basic foods requirements to start off the first day.

PETS - Well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional chare of £20 per dog per week/short break.

NO SMOKING - The Olde Grain Store is a non-smoking property

PARKING - There is ample, secure parking for three cars
