Praa Sands is situated around 8 miles from the popular holiday destination of Penzance, Cornwall. Helston (6 miles away) is an ancient Cornish market town, known as The Gateway to the Lizard Peninsula. Hayle is also just 6 miles away and is a popular Cornish seaside holiday destination. Praa Sands is sandwiched between two other popular beach locations in Cornwall - Mullion Cove and Prussia Cove. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Clipper Cove Penthouse is a Loft Style Penthouse Accommodation with floor to ceiling windows incorporating french doors opening onto juliet balcony providing views of the entire bay. The property sleeps 6 guests and is let from Saturday to Saturday, keys are made available from 3.00pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and the property is to be vacated by 10.00am on the last day of your holiday.

SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATION : There is no shortage of space at Clipper Cove Penthouse with the open plan living and kitchen area being a great place to relax and enjoy the panoramic sea views. The fully fitted kitchen, in a stylish cream gloss finish, has integrated Neff appliances. High quality oak laminate floors and oak internal doors with dark wood inlays give the Penthouse a stylish, elegant look without feeling cold and minimalist. The external doors and window frames are in a high quality, naturally-stained Iroko hardwood. The Master Bedroom has a white ensuite shower room and there is also a separate bathroom which has a double ended bath and shower with sleek taps and a modern heated towel rail.

SECURE STORAGE FOR WETSUITS : Large secure Storage room with designated secure cage at lower ground level with cage for hanging wet clothes/ wetsuits, storing beach gear etc. High power cleaning hose for wetsuits.

TAKEAWAYS & CAFE : The Clipper is licensed restaurant and Fish & Chip takeway. There is a Beachside Café and shop.

DIRECTIONS : Take the A30 westbound towards penzance after passing through the village of Crowlas continue for a mile. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A394 towards Helston. Continue for three miles to Germoe crossroads and then turn right towards Praa Sands. Follow this road for one mile heading towards the beach, Clipper Cove is on the right hand side.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON BOOKING : £400 per week booked (The outstanding balance of rental will be due 28 days before the start of your holiday).
